For me the issue was very simple, I had extention enabled in my chrome called Allow CORS: Access-Control-Allow-Origin and this extenion override headers and set Access-Control-Allow-Origin to * when when Allow CORS: Access-Control-Allow-Origin is exist in original response. It take me 2 hours to find it, I hope it help somebody.
