It's 2 more things to do. I liked Spire more than Duality, but they were both cool. Most definitely better than buying 2½ ornaments. I don't see any better use for silver. The dungeons are pretty cool. If you want to play the game and you like it, then you will need to buy every DLC. No the weapons are average.
