The 91 has the same barrel characteristics as the G3. That makes it a 4 groove RH 1 in 12 twist rate which is the 'ideal' twist rate for rifles using the .308 Winchester round. Works for me.

The TC barrels on the AW# ptr rifles,like yours are very accurate,If the flutes could be cut to the right depth. Then you would eat any ammo and be more accurate then a stock HK91 barrel.PERIOD! the TC barrels are alot more accurate.Its just sad that PTR screwed up the AW#series batch of barrel flutes.
