No power to drivers side blend door actuator. Was working on replacing my drivers side blend door actuator and when I plugged it in to make sure it would work first and the thing wouldn't rotate. Thought maybe I had a bad one so plugged in the old one and it didn't work either. Tried to test for power to the plug but I cant get anything small ...
