I had checked to see that all bolts were at 11 ft lbs and discovered those were loose. They were then torqed to 11ft lbs. I took the UIM off and have taken all the bolts of the LIM out but I cannot get it to break loose. I have tapped it with a rubber mallet and used a prybar under the thermostat area.When you take out the bolts, clean the threads with a thread chaser (could be a nut with the same thread but with a slot cut through the side). Then use a little thread locker. I did this for the first time on my wife's 3800 and it's still fine.
