The 1st specter should be the Spiritual Leader which gives 20% action speed. #2 should be the Arena Master since it gives +20% to attack/cast speed 20% increased dmg, 20% movement speed, #3 if you get the gem that high should be the War Caller since it gives perma Onslaught.
