Zoom audio not working

Hi AaronO! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I'm on an older Acer laptop, I've installed all the necessary updates. My audio for everything is working, my mic and audio on Steam and Discord are perfect. It just appears to be Zoom.

BUT the microphone still doesn't show up. Yet when I open Control Panel > Sound > Recording it says "No audio devices are installed". In the settings for Zoom it sees and I can configure the video camera and see myself in the video window.
